The customer has provided custom color options and additional glitter effects have been discussed. The customer is entitled to one (1) test pour and one (1) final pour of the product, to verify the effect is achieved successsfully. The process will begin within one (1) week of receiving the hair and will take a minimum of three (3) weeks time to complete.
